There was a dream and one day I could see it

I have started my road trip across America, hitting the 48 Continental states.  I started for Weeki Wachee Florida on July 22, 2014.  It took a lot longer to get down there than I had expected, I contribute that to the seven bathroom breaks I took, the fact I got lost in Tallahassee for 40 minutes (I didn't think Shelby; my GPS was giving me the right directions, but she was).  I learned then and there that Shelby was always going to be right and I shouldn't second guess her.

Another contribution to the ten hour drive was my deep desire to swim with Manatees in Chiefland Florida at the Manatee Spring State Park, but sadly the manatees are only there for the winter (shakes fist, damn manatees).  I was back on route after a 30 minute detour, when of course my engine light came on.  First day people, first day!  Pulled into the Mechanic to see what this was all about, and it turns out it was a my intake valve, which he said was not going to make my car break down, which I specifically asked him, so after they blew, washed, or cleaned the valve; I'm not entirely sure what they did this was two days ago, I was back on the road to my final destination Weeki Wachee.  There I found my old friend Motel 6 and we shared a rocky night together.  Every time the air conditioner came on it sound like a missile was getting ready to blast off in my room.  Needless to say Motel 6 and I have taken a little break.
